Shipping & Delivery

At Cluxe, we are committed to safely and quickly delivering the world's top trendy clothing, high-end footwear, bags, and exquisite accessories to your hands. In order to provide you with a worry free shopping experience, we have developed the following detailed shipping instructions:

1. Order Processing Time

To ensure that every product meets Cluxe's strict quality standards, we conduct multiple quality inspection processes before shipment.

Regular spot goods: After order confirmation, it usually takes 1-3 working days for packaging and shipping.

High end customized/original order purchasing products: Due to the extreme requirements for craftsmanship and details, some high-end shoe bags, accessories or special sizes require exclusive blending or production cycles, and the stocking time is usually 3-7 working days.

(Note: Weekends and statutory holidays are not considered working days, and processing times will be postponed accordingly.)

2. Shipping Methods&Delivery Time

We rely on a mature cross-border logistics network to support delivery to most countries and regions around the world. After shipment, the specific transportation time depends on the logistics method and destination you choose:

Standard Shipping:

Expected delivery time: 7-15 working days

Scope of application: Most parts of the world

Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS, etc.):

Expected delivery time: 3-7 working days

Scope of application: Major countries and regions in North America, Europe, and Asia

(Kind reminder: Due to international flight schedules, destination customs clearance speed, and force majeure factors, the actual delivery time may vary slightly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.)

3. Shipping Rates

We provide you with a clear and transparent shipping plan:

Free shipping for all orders: Customers can enjoy global standard shipping with a minimum order of [$199/¥ 1299].

Underpaid orders: The standard shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed by the system on the checkout page based on your shipping address and package weight.

Upgrade to express delivery: If you need to receive your desired item faster, you can pay an additional expedited logistics fee at checkout (the specific amount is subject to the checkout page).

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the logistics carrier for shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking link. You can also log in to your Cluxe account at any time and check the latest updates on your package in real-time in "My Orders".

5. Customs, Duties&Taxes

Cluxe's products are directly shipped from multiple high-end supply chain warehouses worldwide.

In most cases, we will assist in reducing tariff risks by optimizing logistics routes.

However, please note that according to international trade practices, any customs duties, import taxes, or other clearance fees that may arise after the package arrives in the destination country shall be borne by the recipient (buyer). Please refer to the official regulations of your local customs for specific tax policies.

6. Address&Delivery Exceptions

Information verification: Please carefully check your shipping address, postal code, and contact phone number when checking out. Cluxe shall not be held responsible for any package returns, losses, or delays caused by customers providing incorrect or incomplete addresses, nor shall any additional secondary delivery fees be incurred.

No one signs for delivery: If delivery fails due to the recipient not being at home, the logistics company usually retains the package and attempts to redeliver it or stores it at a nearby pick-up point. Please closely monitor the logistics information and contact the local courier company for pick-up within the specified time.

💡  Practical optimization suggestions (please confirm before release):

Regarding "free shipping for full orders": It is recommended to set a reasonable threshold (such as slightly higher than the unit price per customer), which can not only cover your expensive cross-border shipping costs, but also effectively stimulate customers to place orders and increase the unit price per customer.

Regarding the customs clearance risk of high imitation/super products: Due to the inclusion of "flat substitute" and "1:1 super products" in your product, customs inspections may occasionally be encountered in cross-border logistics. Although it is stated in the public "Delivery Policy" for customers that "customs duties are borne by the buyer", in actual after-sales customer service communication, if the package is really detained by customs, it is recommended that you develop an "compensation or resend plan" internally, which is crucial for maintaining the repurchase rate of high priced customers
